Wedding Day Video

It's every girls' dream to be the most beautiful bride on her special day. To have the perfect makeup, perfect wedding gown, perfect music, perfect guest list, and the list goes on... Finally MCYS struck a chord with many for the "Imperfectly Beautiful Couple" ad - Celebrate the imperfections that make a relationship perfect.

I've given Teeny a soft and natural day bridal look. A touch of glow on her cheeks with pink blush and juicy pink lip gloss for kissable lips. Congrats to Teeny and Christian, welcome to the imperfectly beautiful couple club! (hahaha)

Bollywood Dance Video

Indian makeup emphasize very much on heavy eye makeup - thick eyeliner (kajal pencil), sari matching eyeshadow, mascara, faux lashes, and red lipstick. I took a trip down to Little India to get some inspiration and hunt for accessories. Mustafa has everything you need 24/7, but realized that the accessories are priced slightly higher. The arcade behind Tekka Mall seemed cheaper and stocks alot of bangles, henna paint and accessories. Judging by the number of smiley faces, i guessed i've pulled off the Bollywood look for Teeny's wedding video.

FairPrice Xpress Launch Event

Today is the relaunch of FairPrice Xpress @ Lor Chuan and i'm invited to do face painting for our 3 lovely tiger mascots. I've printed out some tiger designs from internet and did some practising on paper and water colour the previous nights. My colleague bought Lyra face paint crayon from Finest @ Thomson Plaza because that's the only type she could find. I think the crayon is good for indoor aircon places rather than outdoor under the hot sun. As the skin perspired, the colours are washed off with the sweat so touching up is absolutely necessary. Personally, i would prefer oil-based paint rather than water-soluble type for outdoor. Overall, it was a fun experience doing my very first face painting job!
